Useless AI parodies modern hyper-serious AI chatbots by using a rule-based engine to deliver meticulously unhelpful advice with supreme confidence.

- HTML5: Semantic architecture, accessible forms, and inline SVG assets.
- CSS3: Modern variables, flexbox/grid layout, smooth keyframe animations, dark neon UI.
- JavaScript (ES6+): Rule-based pattern matching engine, anti-repetition memory, state management.
- Zero External APIs: Works 100% offline with zero dependencies and zero cost.
